Retreat "Your Point of Support"

When:: June 25-28, 2026
Where:: Quantum Leaps Lodge, Golden, BC

Where is your point of support?
What are you leaning on right now?

Something external — your family, circumstances, other people's opinions, the stability of the world around you?

Or something deeper... within yourself?

In every woman's life, there comes a moment when familiar supports disappear.
Loss of loved ones, relocation, changes in the body, new life stages...
This is felt especially powerfully during times of hormonal shifts —
when everything that once gave you stability suddenly stops working.

And that is when the journey begins. The journey inward.

Retreat "Open Your Inner Master"

When:: May 16-19, 2025
Where:: Quantum Leaps Lodge, Golden, BC

This is a Master's Retreat, which means that I invite those who are ready to take responsibility for themselves, their thoughts and feelings, their reality and their relationships with themselves and the world around them.

This retreat is held in Russian. Please contact us of you would be interested to English-speaking retreat.

In the peaceful, quiet, and solitude settings of the Quantum Leaps Lodge and Retreat Centre we are going to

Retreat "Dance Your Soul"

When:: May 23-26, 2024
Where:: Quantum Leaps Lodge, Golden, BC

For the first time our retreat will be held in 2 languages: Russian and English. The language of women, as well as the language of DANCE, is universal, we can understand each other without words when we talk about feminine or dance.

You are invited to discover and reveal the Dance of your Soul!
We are going to this retreat to feel this dance within yourself, to see it, to hear its music, and to feel all the emotions it carries with it.
The Dance of your Soul. The Dance of the very Essence of you, your Radiance!
You, and only you, can dance it here on this Earth. No one else!
And this world yearns to see it!

Without your dancing this world is not complete. Your Dance is very important and valuable to the world.
Each of us came into this world with the original purpose of performing this Dance.

It's not about body movements, footsteps and rotations. It is about the movements of the Soul, the expression of oneself in this world, creativity, that unique energy that lives in the core of each of us.

Heritage Day Festival 2015

Every August our Studio performs at Heritage Day Festival at Olympic Plaza. We usually dance 3 dances. The debut on this year is our favorite Indian Dance - the blend of Indian and Arabic movements.

Performance at Lilac Festival 2015

Eastern Dance Studio rocked the crowd at the legendary and vibrant Lilac Festival on the last Sunday of May 2015. The sun, clouds and wind danced with us to the sound of our captivating and moving music!

On March 21,2015 four of our best dancers Tammy, Svitlana, Victoria, and Galina presented a spectacular Restaurant Show at Three Sister Market Bistro (Canmore, AB).

On February 13, 2015 our Teen Group beautifully performed at the Valentine Gala of the Fundraising for Scholarship and Calgary Fort Conservative Association. Galina presented there her improvisational solo dance.
