Meditation and yoga practice, dance and movement sessions, crafts and walks, talks and reflections will invite you to reconnect to your unconditional self-love. In a circle of like-minded women we will reconnect with our inner wisdom and discover our own beauty and strength.
Do you love yourself? Most of us, hopefully, answer YES to this question!
But what about the moments when you have done something wrong: upset your kids or husband? Fail an exam or project? During your PMS? When you procrastinate an unpleasant action? When you have to give care to your loved ones and totally forget about yourself?
Anyways, when our love is conditioned by external factors it is not UNCONDITIONAL LOVE yet.
And still we need this love like breathing. Our retreat is about feeling self-loved deeply, sincerely, unconditionally, from inside... with divine love.
In the peaceful, quiet, and solitude settings of the Quantum Leaps Lodge and Retreat Centre we are going to
